Tournament Description
🏓 Format
Each event will begin with round robin play followed by a single elimination bracket and medal rounds.
Round robin and single elimination bracket play: 1 game to 11, win by 2.
Gold and bronze medal matches: best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.
The top 4 teams from each round robin advance:
• Seed 1 vs. Seed 4
• Seed 2 vs. Seed 3
• Winners play for gold 🥇
• Losers play for bronze 🥉

• Mixed Doubles 3.0, any age: 8:00 AM
• Mixed Doubles 3.5, ages 5 to 49: 9:30 AM
• Mixed Doubles 3.5, ages 50 and up: 11:00 AM
• Mixed Doubles 4.0 and above, any age: 12:30 PM
• Men’s Doubles 4.0 and above, any age: 3:30 PM
• Women’s Doubles 4.0 and above, any age: 3:30 PM

Scores from this event will be submitted to DUPR. The cap for each division is based on your DUPR at registration, not tournament day:
• 3.0: max 3.499
• 3.5: max 3.999
• 4.0 and above: no max

🧑⚖️ Referees
This tournament is self-officiated. No referees on court — call your own lines.
📲 Score Entry
Players will enter their own match scores on their phones.
Stay logged into Pickleball.com on your phone with texting enabled and your correct mobile number.
When it is your turn to play, open the text link or go to the tournament page and select View Current Matches.
After the match, someone from the winning team enters the score, taps Save, then Finish Match.
The other team will Confirm or Dispute the score.
Any disputes will be handled at the tournament desk.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued until registration closes and will be minus $15 to cover fees.
No refunds after registration closes.
Pickleball.com service fees are nonrefundable.
If the tournament has to be rescheduled due to weather and you can not make the reschedule date a full refund will be issued minus $15 to cover fees.
